Villa O

Vila O is another building in a long-unurbanized location in Bratislava's Old Town, in a place that will have a distinct natural environment even after the construction of new houses. Just like the other proposed family houses in the residential zone, Villa O is designed to provide maximum spatial and operational comfort and undisturbed privacy with ample connection to the garden and distant views of the city. The concept of the house uses the terrain profile of the plot so that a full-fledged floor can be created in the semi-recessed basement. All three floors have an identical floor footprint and a really generous area, but thanks to being embedded in the terrain, the house does not appear oversized.
